Very warm and welcoming place to stay. Hosts are lovely and attentive. Rooms very tidy and clean, and breakfast very tasty. Perfect location which is only a few minutes walk to the sea and all the shops and restaurants/bars etc. Prices were great and location fantastic for a short or longer stay. A few people we met here had stopped at this hotel before, so that speaks volumes in itself. We will be back!
A great B&B hotel right next to the beach. A warm welcome from the owners, a clean and functional room where everything worked. Enjoyed a freshly cooked breakfast in the morning. Excellent value for money and I didn't experience any of the issues identified in the less good reviews for the hotel.
Mum and dad are regulars at the berry hotel and we stayed as a family for the airshow. Could not fault the staff such a lovely family who own it. Room s are lovely tidy and clean, breakfast different choices and the service is amazing. Always in contact with guest asking if anythings needed and making sure your happy with everything. We will be 100% returning. Location was spot on your right on top off everything you need.
Me and partner had 3 nite stay.Lovely clean room. Literally 2 min walk to beach and town but not noisy. Staff were amazing very friendly. Free parking and WiFi.Booked again strait away before leaving. Lovely family run place. Recommend to everyone.
Nice, welcoming and helpful people. Nice location and the room was clean. Good breakfast to start the day and the off road parking was good. We will definitely go back there.
I enjoyed a lovely stay - over the air show weekend. Brilliant location for the pier, bay and harbour.Very welcoming, clean and tidy room, breakfast was good too . Pleasant family run business, definitely would recommend !

GREAT PLACE TO STAY. After a day trip that turned into an overnight stay. We found The Berry Hotel very easy online and very easy to book. The room was very spacious and clean! And the beds are sooooo comfy It's a stones throw from the beach and pier with all the main attractions within a short walk. Would definitely stay here again
